Love & Fear: Ends of the Same Spectrum

Love & Fear: Ends of the Same Spectrum

Fear and love are different ends of the same spectrum, and through my journey with life recently, I’ve become more aware of the spirit of fear and how it operates and has operated in me for some time, coexisting with love, God’s love, which is the other end of the spectrum. Love, of course, is higher, a higher dimension and a higher power, and fear is the bottom end, the lower end of the same spectrum, the end that dips into hell. Love is the end that dips into eternal life, life with God. Love is what we should aspire to. Love is our original identity.

I’ve realised that fear always acts when you are particularly worried about the potential negative outcomes of taking a decision, going into a situation, or engaging with people. Fear gets you to fixate on all the potential imaginations of what could go wrong. Those imaginations, which become a habit, a spirit, and a pattern of thinking, act to hinder you and keep you from making certain decisions. Often, these are life-changing decisions.

These decisions are meaningful for your life because that is the essence of the spirit of fear: to be a hindrance to things that are assigned by God to shift you forward into the next dimension or edge you forward into the next phase of your upward climb to destiny.

Fear can be masked as discernment or hyper-awareness. It is usually born of hyper-awareness of the downside, the potential negatives, and an overfocus, fixating on these potential negatives.

For any road we are going to go on, there are many potential benefits. There are many proposed benefits to the outcome of that situation. There are also potential downsides. Many of these are not real.

Our inclinations, whether we incline towards the love end of the spectrum or the fear end of the spectrum, are determined by our proclivities, what spirit is more operational within us, and which mental pathways we have strengthened more within us.

When we constantly rehearse fearful thinking, then, when faced with a decision, the magnitude of the decision also determines how severely we feel these fear emotions. If we harbour fear, we hinder ourselves from going forward into situations with potential good, but also potential harm.

When you stand more on the love end of the spectrum, you end up doing more good, more net total good in your life, than somebody who stands at the deep fear end of the spectrum. They can only count, throughout their life, how many negatives they have avoided, but not realise that, conversely, the same avoidance has really shortened their potential for doing good, exploring situations, and realising the potential good in those situations.

The balance, then, is to be aware of what could potentially go wrong. We are not asking you to be oblivious, but to fix your eyes on what could go well and pursue it for that reason.

If you can accept the downside of a decision, then you’re definitely qualified to enjoy all the good birthed from it.

Don’t fear the downside.

Take calculated risks.

In that decision, and from that place of making decisions, number one, you are wearing the armour of love. Love believes the best. Love hopes all things. Love believes in true positive outcomes. Love also has the capacity to endure. Love is healthy. Love is joyful. Love is peaceful. Love lives in mental, emotional, and metabolic well-being, irrespective of what is happening around you. That is quality of life. That is the divine life.

Also, you find that the fruit of courage and boldness is produced, and that, in itself, is a defeat to the devil. Simply being fearless, irrespective of the circumstance, is a defeat to the devil because we are winning our emotions first. Physical circumstances are at the lowest level of manifestation. You have to win the war, be victorious in your emotions, and then simply ascend to love. Fly with eagles. Live on God’s wings, and let Him carry you. He is like a mighty eagle flying in the air, carrying His children on His wings.

Eagles’ wings are beyond fear, beyond the awareness of fear. The absence of problems is not promised. It is not promised. But living beyond the mental and emotional realm and the reach of fear is definitely promised. That is divine life. That is eternal life.

My friends, let’s go.

I always had the fear of not being present for my children, of not being there. Working in the medical profession as a doctor, there are not many specialties or fields that allow you the freedom or opportunity to be fully present — to have time available during the formative years of your children.
